RAX DOME offers multiple shipping options. Buyers can choose to use RAXDOME's logistics services to arrange shipment or their own logistics agents to handle the transportation. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

So, We strongly recommend placing orders at least 2 months before the anticipated event date to ensure timely delivery.
Before submitting your order, please ensure that the "shipping" address provided is accurate. In the event of an error, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs or storage fees.

Information about receiving the shipment
Alare given to freight carriers damage-free, properly packaged, and signed for by the carrier. RAX DOME’s responsibility for the product ends once the truck leaves the factory. The carrier now assumes responsibility. If damage does occur, please note on the delivery receipt before signing.
RAX DOME will assist customers as much as possible when filling in freight claims for shipments if the following conditions are met:
The customer inspects the entire shipment before signing the delivery receipt. The packing slip located on top of the shipment will list the number of boxes or bundles you should receive in your order. Make sure to verify the packing slip to the shipment to confirm you received the correct number of packages or bundles.
Customer must note all damage or shortages found on delivery receipt
Customers must notify RAX DOME ASAP of the shipment’s delivery of any damages or shortages.
The customer emails photographs to RAX DOME representatives.
Failure to do any of the bullets listed above will result in a waiver of the claim. Customers will be held completely responsible for covering any charges for replacing damaged or missing products. Enclosed or on top of the shipment you will find a packing list. Please unpack the shipment ASAP and check your order to ensure you received everything.
